3 killed by the bus collision at Jinaidah

3 passenger have been killed by a bus collision Jinaidah Sadar Upazila sadhhati area with three locals of Alamshandur local engineer. At least seven people injured. The accident happened on the Jhenaidah-Chuadanga highway around 8 am on Tuesday. The casualties are found by traders.

The deceased were identified as Abdul Latif (55), Rahidul Islam (45) of the same village and Rahaz Uddin, 60, of Pantapara village under sadar Upazila of Harishnukundu Upazila. The injured were first taken to Jhenaidah Sadar Hospital. After the condition of the two were critical, they were sent to Faridpur Medical College Hospital.

Locals said that in the morning some businessmen from Harinakundu were going to Badarganj Bazar to Chuadanga by Almasadhut. On the Jhenaidah-Chuadanga highway from Harinakunda local road, a bus from Chuadanga pushed them to Almasadhu. On the spot, a trader named Rahhaj Uddin was killed. Nine more injured Shahidul Islam and Abdul Latif died while they were rushed to Jhenidah Sadar Hospital. Two of the injured persons were sent to Faridpur Medical College as their condition was critical. Others are being treated at Jhenidah Sadar Hospital.
