Composer Murad Noor had pledged to release the unpublished lyrics of folk maestro Ekushey-Padak winner Abdur Rahman Boyati. He released the second song in this line on January 1 on the occasion of 81st birth anniversary of Abdur Rahman Boyati. Another folk singer Tun Tun Baul is the singer of this unrealeased song. Shaan has done the recording works for the song, which according to Tun Tun Baul has been improvised to suit modern trends. The song titled “Tawba” has been jointly brought forth by Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, Laser Vision and Ekata Baul Gosthi. Last year in keeping with his pledge Murad Noor released the first track with lyrics by Abdur Rahman Bayati. Kangalini Sufia was the singer of that song. Noor has envisioned to release the next tracks with vocalists Paban Das Baul, Momtaz, Oishi and more.

Singer Asif has made surprises again. In the eve of New Year the singer released two different music videos from SA Production and Dhrubo Music Station. Both have been released on YouTube channels of the respective music production houses. In the first one titled “Hridoyer Jomano Kotha” Asif has scored a duet with Luipa. He also seen acting opposite TV actress Nadiya. The son has been written by Tarun Munsi and composed by Jaker Rana. Soumitra Ghosh Emon has directed the music video.
On the other hand the second song titled “Prothom Dekha” Asif comes in a renewed getup. Lutfor Hassan has penned the lyrics while Riyad Hasan has done the music composition in this song. In both the songs Asif has crafted the roles of an actor pretty well, observers claim.
