Security Thread Found In Intel Processor

Security researchers report three safety issues that may be caused by Intel’s processor, which could put users at risk of cyber attacks.

An international team of researchers has identified a new security fault called ‘Forshadow’, which allows hackers to steal files, pictures, and passwords from a computer’s memory.

Earlier this year, the researchers identified another security error after identifying two security flaws (which could give hackers the chance to steal user information from third-party cloud storage).

Potential security risks are included in the list of Intel Core and Zion Processors, which keep personal computer users and data centers at a security risk.

Through the foreshadow, hackers can steal data from computers used by Intel, AMD and ARM Holding processors.

Intel’s security and security team has begun to tackle new errors, including errors that have been detected earlier this year, to protect users, said Intel’s Intellectual Property Team. While there have been no incidents of cyber attack outside of the researchers, Intel has said that software updates will reduce the risk of potential security.

Intel is also working on hardware development to better protect against such attacks in future processors.

Intel said in their blog post, “We are not aware of such error, because in reality, no computer was actually infected by these errors. But still, it has shown the need to continue the best practice of safety.

‘Forshadow’ attacks Intel’s SGX feature, this feature is known as a feature from a user’s data protector from cyber attack.

Common computer users are less likely to be affected due to the detected error, Intel says. But there will be extra caution in managing data centers and virtual technology. The organization insists on installing the latest updates.

‘Forshadow’ has the power to attack millions of devices. Many companies, including HP, Apple, Microsoft, Dell, use Intel processors on their computers. The possible Intel processors are at risk:
