Have any health risk of drinking little alcoholic ?

deaths associated with alcohol

Many people think that alcohol consumption is not very harmful to health. But a new study has said, drinking alcohol regularly can harm health. The study concluded that there was no ‘safe’ level of alcohol drinking.

This study analyzed data from millions of people in nearly 200 countries. It is found that around 3 million deaths worldwide are associated with alcohol, where 1 in 10 people between the ages of 15 and 49 years old.

This study proves that the health benefits of drinking alcohol are more than the risk of alcohol drinking, that is, the benefit of drinking alcohol is easily replaced by the risk or loss of alcohol drinking. Researchers wrote in the paper, ‘There is a need to revise the health benefits of alcohol (revision and correction). Our research says that there is no safe level of alcohol drinking. ‘

The discovery of alcohol (not a safe level of alcohol) is contrary to most health guidelines, as most health guidelines specify that drinking moderate alcohol (1 day for women and 2 drinks for men) is safe.

But the people who rarely drink (for example, who drink a drink once in two weeks) are difficult to measure, so this discovery may not be relevant for these people. Professor Keith Humphrez of Stanford University’s Psychiatry and Behavior Science professor said, “If you drink on birthday and festival, it does not mean that you are going to die.” But this discovery will be relevant to those who spend most of the week Make a drink once. Because people who do not drink more than they drink a lot every day, they are better. ‘

There is no ‘safe’ level
The study analyzed 700 research data in the past, measuring how much alcohol is consumed all over the world, and more than 600 research studies conducted on 28 million people are tested for health-related risks related to alcohol.

The study found that 1 in 3 people (32.5 percent) drink alcohol in the world. As such, 2.4 billion people worldwide drink alcohol, 25 percent of them women and 39 percent male.

In the year 2016, the seventh-major risk factor of premature death was alcohol, where 2 percent of the deaths were female, and 7 percent of men died. According to estimates from 15 to 49 years of age, the mortality rate of alcohol-related to alcohol in 2010 was 4 percent and male death was 12 percent.

According to this study, moderate alcohol drinking was defensive against ischemic diseases, but these benefits are considered inadequate due to the health risks of alcohol.

Those who drink alcohol once a day, have increased their risk of developing alcohol-related 23 health problems by 0.5 percent in a year compared to those who do not drink. But the risk of those who get more drinks increases the risk. Those who drink twice a day, the risk of developing one of the 23 alcohol-related health problems increases by 7 percent a year, and those who drink five times a day, the risk increases by 37 percent.

This research was conducted by funding the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
