Girls, be careful of your intimate photos, selfies on your iPhone. Here’s why.
Some users discovered recently that searching for “brassiere” in the Photos app will bring up photos in which they are wearing bras or biknis. All these photos are apparently sorted in a folder called “Brassiere”.
The categorisation in Apple Photos isn’t new, but the idea that the app has certain folders where it groups sensitive photos has started to creep out some users.
A recent viral tweet (@ellieeewbu) raised an alarm about iPhone’s photo recognition feature. The feature sorts photos on the user’s iPhone into categories and shockingly, it also has a folder for ‘brassiere.
